The unit is then completely disassembled to the bare frame including; cab, engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, hydraulics, roll off frame, lines and components. Complete disassembly ensures that each of the Roll Off’s operating components are thoroughly inspected.

The unit will now undergo all noted steel and body repairs. Once all repairs are completed the complete frame and components will be sand blasted and cab / hood and body components will be prepared for paint.
After frame, cab and components have been painted the unit will be rebuilt and reassembled including full hydraulic and suspension rebuilds.
